Mohamed expertise in executive positions exceeds three decades. His expert reputation is very well sounded in the financial industry especially in banks and financial & oil services.
Mohamed was the Executive Vice President and chief financial officer of Maridive& Oil Services.
Mohamed was also the Executive Vice President of Al Ahli United Bank for more than five years and formerly, he was the regional manager and executive president of National Bank of Greece for four years.
Earlier in his career, Mohamed was Project finance and foreign trade manager in Arab Petroleum Investment Corporation, APICORP KSA.
Mohamed started his career in one of the biggest banks in Egypt and spent more than 25 years with tagged along success. His career in CIB passed through many roles starting from credit officer passing through credit & marketing manager, and finally his experience, skills and dedication has been paid off to be promoted to Credit general manager for Alexandria, delta and canal region.
Mohamed has a master’s degree in business, financial analysis and credit diploma from chase Manhattan bank.
Salah Abo Alam
Salah has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of Brokerage, Audit and Banking. He has worked as a Board member in Asset Management Co.
In the period from December 2005 till July 2011 he was the advisor to the Chairman of Financial Regulatory Authority and Head of Inspection and Enforcement Division of the Egyptian Capital Market Authority and Head of Capital Market Examination Committee.
Salah assumed the role of head of Compliance & Internal Audit at EFG-Hermes for 8 years. Before, he worked at IBM-Egypt for eight years as Fulfillment Operation Support and Internal Audit.
In addition, he spent 3 years in CIB in the credit department
Ayman was the Head of Direct Investment & Recovery Management in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. Ayman has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial sector. His experience is diversified through many multinational and national banking firms and financial organizations. Ayman career path passed through different segments such as Operations, Corporate Credit and Investment. His diversified banking experience includes the largest private bank in Egypt “Commercial International Bank (CIB) and the largest public sector bank in Egypt “National Bank of Egypt (NBE)” whilst, internationally Ahli United Bank (AUB) and Abu Dhabi Islamic bank (ADIB).
Companies’ management has always been his key role to success. As a case in point, Ayman managed -as Chairman & Managing Director for National Glass Company- to rapidly restructure and shift the company financial status from consecutive losses to decent profitable company in one year, a surge in stock price from 0.72EGP to 4EGP more than 500% and forecast of further growth in its financials amid the coming 5 years.
Formerly Ayman was managing the private equity and assets portfolio of NBE worth 25bn EGP for the purpose of assets’ restructuring and fine exits. He succeeded in generating net profit of 3.5bn EGP through restructuring business. Ayman also has recorded a track of excellence in the Bank portfolio growth loans by 88% and cliental growth of 125% in 2012
Ayman was appointed by Abu Dhabi Islamic bank lately to be the chairman and managing director of many of the bank subsidies due to his proven record of achievements to fine tune all these subsidies from big valued companies with weak financial statements to profit generating companies that in accordance to its dressed values. Abu Dhabi for Real Estate, Alexandria for Investment and Securities, Abu Dhabi Holding for investment and Cairo National for investments and securities.
Ayman is also the vice Chairman for Ahly Mortgage Finance, board member in EL Mohandess for life insurance, EL Ahly for Medical Services and National Navigation Company.

Khaled used to work as operation officer then credit officer at CIB, senior manager corporate finance & private equities at CIIC, Group CFO of major publicly listed groups in Egypt and the Gulf and Chief Investment Officer at ElSewedy Electric where he led green and brown field FDI in 18 countries in Asia and Africa.
Khaled assumed the role of group CEO for a trading group based in Dubai having subsidiaries in all the Gulf states (except Bahrain). He was also a board member in more than 70 companies in Egypt, Africa & Europe during his working career.
Mohamed graduated from Faculty of Economics and Political Science in 1988 and has obtained a postgraduate diploma in investment and Finance in 2000.
Mohamed started as an investment officer in CNIS in 1994. He became in charge of the company’s private equity and trading portfolios since 2006
Sherif El Sweify
Sherif has a proven track of superiority in managing equity funds and portfolios for almost 15 years. Sherif financial experiences are diversified through many financial entities, starting from statistical analysis in Vodafone Egypt passing through Shuaa Capital, Naeem Asset Management, Rasmala Egypt Asset Management and Acumen.
Due to his analytical and equity management performance, Sherif’s managed equity fund won Reuters award for best performer fund in 10 years tenor and the best performer fund in Egypt during the years managed (EIMA). Sherif was awarded in “MENA fund performance award” 7 times, 4 during his employment at Rasmala (3 of them commanded awards) and 3 awards during his short employment period in Acumen. All awards are in relevant to performance, asset management and funds’ managed by him.
During the 8 years Sherif spent in Rasmala, he was able to top peers in the equity fund management division, in terms of performance recording the highest returns for five consecutive years out of total six spent in the asset management (EIMA reference). Sherif contribution to the company’s equity funds/portfolios performance resulted in being awarded best equity fund and best commanded asset management in the “MENA Fund Performance Award” in Dubai, for three consecutive years. Sherif is also a member of MTA (Market Technicians Association).
Aside of his financial background and parallel to his career, Sherif spent more than five years as a part time assessor in the human rights capacity building program in Egypt UNICRI.
